We are small General Contracting Company in Upstate NY, US. We are looking for a data-driven individual who can handle bookkeeping, project management and systems implementation. Individual must be highly organized and proficient in Google Workspace and Excel/Google Sheets. Duties include, reconciling, cost- coding and job-tracking transactions for expenses and payroll. We are a cost-plus general contractor so our expenses and fees are transparent to our customers and thus, a high level of accuracy is critical.
As such, this role will also involve organization of project related documents. This includes plan sets, designs, estimates, permits and other project related documents. These documents are required to be organized in the correct client Google-Drive folder.
