As our company continues to scale, we are expanding our dispute team and seeking experienced Virtual Assistants only for a Part-Time Credit Specialist role. Candidates must be confident executing advanced dispute strategies across multiple channels.

Job Summary:

The Part-Time Credit Specialist at Credit Clear North plays a critical role in analyzing, disputing, and improving client credit profiles. This position requires hands-on experience with CRC Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeFox, and GoHighLevel (GHL), along with a strong understanding of consumer law disputing, data breach dispute methods, and escalation strategies including BBB and Attorney General complaints, all while remaining fully compliant with CFPB and FTC regulations.

This role is not entry-level. Only experienced credit repair VAs should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) and DisputeFox to manage client files and dispute workflows

Conduct in-depth credit report analysis to identify inaccuracies, violations, consumer law issues, and data breach related errors

File disputes with credit bureaus and creditors using consumer law based and data breach dispute methods

Prepare and submit escalations through BBB and State Attorney General offices when appropriate

Ensure all disputes and escalations comply with CFPB, FTC, and FCRA requirements

Track disputes, deadlines, escalations, and client progress using GoHighLevel (GHL)

Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and dispute records across all platforms

Communicate professionally with clients regarding dispute progress and credit improvement strategies

Stay current with changes to consumer credit laws and reporting regulations

Meet monthly production goals and client completion quotas

Assist with improving dispute strategies, workflows, and internal procedures

Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred

Proven credit repair experience required

Strong working knowledge of Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)

Experience using DisputeFox for dispute processing

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) for task management and client tracking

In-depth understanding of CFPB, FTC, FCRA, and consumer protection laws

Experience with consumer law disputing, data breach methods, BBB complaints, and Attorney General escalations

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple client files in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

Credit repair certification or formal training

Experience disputing directly with credit bureaus, furnishers, and collection agencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in tracking dispute metrics and client outcomes
