Responsibilities:
- Oversee the leasing process, from advertising available units to screening potential tenants and negotiating leases.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, address concerns, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance activities to ensure the property is well-maintained.
- Prepare and present financial reports to property owners, detailing income, expenses, and financial performance.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments for real estate agents.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and gather relevant information for follow-up.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with the real estate team to ensure seamless communication and handover of qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM tools and lead management software to track and manage leads efficiently.
- Implement creative and effective lead nurturing campaigns to enhance conversion rates.
- Handle objections and concerns from potential clients with professionalism and persistence.
- Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for lead generation and business development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate lead management or cold calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
