LMS Admin and Quality Lead

Responsibilities:
1. Be the quality control person for all internal and external courses. Includes editing of courses as required to correct the triggers.
2. Responsible for ensuring all produced courses are top of the line and error free. This includes all courses whether hosted on the company's LMS or on the client's LMS
3. Documents processes and systemizes procedures
4. Manage LMS for internal updates and ensures any updates/changes are implemented asap


Desired qualifications:
1. Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline
2. eLearning work experience
3. LMS Admin work experience
4. Technical support experience preferably in BPO
5. Working knowledge of Wordpress, Joomla, HTML
6. Past quality assurance position
