Contractor terms and conditions

I need a Philippine Employment Law Solicitor to draft me a set of terms and conditions to hire contractors in Philippines, which is compliant with local Philippine labour laws. I want the agreement to explicitly set the terms which would allow us to work with these persons as contractors and not leave us liable for any employee liabilities.
