We operate an agency that provides Facebook ad accounts to around ---------- clients, we want to go to 100 clients and more. We are looking for long-term employee to join our team. There is a great deal of growth opportunity for those that consistently make a positive contribution to our company.

So essentially we're looking for a FaceBook account manager where you would have to follow a very clear process to keep our customers happy, but which will become very simple when you understand every step. The workflow is responding to customer inquiries about top-up requests, onboardings of new customers and responding to technical questions of the ad accounts. Number 1 goal in our business is good and friendly communication to the customer

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently handle client inquiries regarding technical aspects and top-up requests.
- Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients to maintain high service standards.
- Working with a structured workflow for task management and client interaction.

Requirements:

- Bit of knowledge of managing Facebook ad accounts is essential.
- Prior experience working within a Facebook agency as an account supplier is good to have
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work methodically are mandatory.
- Immediate availability for joining the team is essential.
- An engineering diploma is a must!
- Excel spreadsheet experience is a must!
- A Whatsapp Business is a must! (Our communication to the customer is through whatsapp business)

In the beginning it is part time but this can grow fast to full time because we want to have the best communication for the clients.
