Video Editor / Long and Short Form (Projects are in SPANISH)

Hello! I am a video director and also have an online film school. I am looking for a fast video editor who can help me edit short and long form videos. The reason? Don't have much time to edit my videos for (Instagram Reels, Tik Toks, and YouTube Shorts). Long Form Content (10-15 minute videos to post on YouTube). I am looking for a highly skilled editor who is seeking a LONG TERM employment with me (many years) who is ready to grow and get even better at editing to our style. Our number 1 requirement is turnaround time. You have to be able to finish edits within a day depending on the project.
