Thumbnail creator

Need someone to create and maintain my channel's thumbnails. The thumbnails need to be branded and kept with the style of the channel. Must have an understanding of "The Rule of Third" and be experienced with Photoshop. If you are interested please provide experience, samples, and your knowledge of thumbnail "science" that encourages engagement and click-through rate. You may also be asked to provide a custom sample by redoing one of my existing thumbnails on my channel. We are a new channel and upload anywhere from 2 - 3 videos a week. You will be responsible for creating each thumbnail in line with the brand that I need help in establishing through your unique suggestions and design style. FYI - We are using the Orange, yellow, black, grey, and white color pallet for our channel.
