YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
------------------------
Some tasks you will do to help my company, Plufl and my new tiktok shop consulting company.
• Sourcing influencers, specifically those that are on TikTok Shop and are relevant for our brand and niche (pet space)
• Reaching out to influencers, specifically those that are on TikTok Shop
• Managing communication and building strong relationships with affiliates/influencers we work with
• Creating spreadsheets tracking influencers and their affilaiate performance (views, revenue generated, etc.)
• Creating briefs and guidelines for influencers
• Manage and respond to comments on social posts
• Digging into the data to find opportunities for improvement and implementing any findings
• Stay organized through using Slack and our internal guidance systems
• Administration and recurring daily tasks
• Other tasks as directed and as you are given more responsibility & show ambition
• Being the best at what you do and achieving your goals

My name is Yuki and I run two different companies: an e-commerce company that sells the world's first human dog bed (Plufl), and a consulting business centered around TikTok Shop. I have been working with VAs for almost a year now months now and all my VAs have been very happy to work with me (100% retention!). You will be given the opportunity to speak with my current VA / data entry specialist before you are hired.
We are now looking for a VA to help manage our consulting business which was recently founded 1 month ago.

REQUIREMENTS:

- High speed, reliable internet
- Fluent, excellent written English (This is very important)
- Experience with managing brand's DMs and reach out
- Strong familiarity with TikTok and Instagram (experience with content, TikTok shop experience is a plus)
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
- Confidence in spoken english to present and discuss email marketing strategy
- A video call will be part of the interview process
