Virtual Assistant for a podcast production company

We are a podcast production company based in Australia.

Currently we are searching for a VA to join us in a part time capacity (roughly 20 hours per week) but there is definitely potential for this role to transition to full time.

Your responsibilities will include
- Email Management
- Liaising with clients and managing their assets in notion and recording deadlines
- Folder clean up and management
- Matching timestamps in video and audio
- Upload and management of podcast episodes
- Ad hoc tasks as required
-Collating information for reports

There is significant potential for growth within our company and we are seeking individuals who would like to grow.
We don't just expect you to do your task, we want to know how we can do things better.

You will need to be available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm AEST as this is part time we are happy to be flexible on the specific hours you will work within this timeframe.
