Corodva Windows MSSQL plugin

Looking for someone with cordova experience to write a cordova plugin that allows SQL commands to be run on a MSSQL database. Similar to the Cordova-sqlite-storage plugin but for MSSQL. The plugin only needs to allow for connection and running of MSSQL commands against an already exiting MSSQL database so there doesn't need to be support for actually creating any databases.

The plugin only needs to support Windows 10 but Android will possibly be added in later.

Example Use Case:
A MSSQL database will be hosted on an external server. A windows based cordova application will be created and the developed MSSQL plugin will be added to the project. The developer will then be able to connect and run SQL queries from the app onto the remotely hosted MSSQL database.

Must have experience with creating Cordova plugins and windows 10 app environment.
