Project Coordinator

Job Description: Project Coordinator, Only 11 Minutes: Safe Cities | Safe States Initiative

Saving Promise is seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team for the Only 11 Minutes: Safe Cities | Safe States initiative. This initiative focuses on expanding our work to local government systems to create safer homes and communities for families affected by domestic violence. We are seeking an individual with strong organizational, communication, and research skills, as well as a passion for social justice.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee outreach to mayor's offices to secure meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Follow up on all outreach and communications with stakeholders
- Organize and schedule meetings with Saving Promise leadership and stakeholders
- Draft and distribute communication materials including emails, memos, and proposals
- Design marketing and other materials to present information to stakeholders
- Conduct research on issues related to the Only 11 Minutes: Safe Cities | Safe States initiative
- Maintain reports and research materials related to the program
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, communications, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment
- Passion for social justice and domestic violence prevention

This is a full-time virtual opportunity that offers a flexible schedule. The Project Coordinator will report to the Associate Director and work alongside a dynamic and committed team to make meaningful change in the lives of families affected by domestic violence.
