The company (redacted) is a fast-paced, US-based tech startup quickly improving a foundational industry. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Generalist to join our marketing team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing, supporting, and executing our digital marketing strategy to expand our brand awareness, engage our existing customer base and audience, and drive customer acquisition.

The Role:
The Digital Marketing Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various digital marketing initiatives from social media management to email marketing, content creation, SEO optimization, and data analysis. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to craft compelling marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and SEM.
- Partner with existing team to manage and optimize our social media profiles and email marketing presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content that aligns with SEO strategies and overall marketing goals.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, from segmentation and targeting to designing and sending newsletters.
- Manage and optimize website content, ensuring it is up to date, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, implementing new techniques to drive continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Social Media Mgmt Tools, HubSpot, CMSs).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems.
