Location: Philippines (Remote) - Must be available to work US Central Time Zone (CST) with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure professionalism during calls.

Not Just Dust Cleanings is a company focused on Integrity, quality, professionalism, going the extra mile and taking care of people. We are searching for a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

* Follow up with leads from different communication channels.
* Handle incoming calls from leads, provide quotes, send quotes, convert quotes to sales and convert first-time cleanings into recurring services.
* Provide excellent customer service
* Provide a great communication with the cleaning technicians


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
Advanced written and verbal English (Spanish is a plus) communication skills with a strong understanding of US cultural nuances for clear and professional interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently within the US time zone schedule.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Familiarity with Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
Experience in customer service and sales.
Experience with CRMs such as Go High Level, Devi, and Maid Central is a plus.
