EA/Sponsorship + Communications Manager

EA/ Sponsorship + Communications Manager for AI Tech Influencer

I'm looking for an EA who can help with my email communication with brand sponsorships.
If you want to stay ahead in the workforce, you will be exposed to alot of AI + automation space which will give you the edge over other applicants.

Here are 3 key requirements:

1. Excellent communication - must be great at communicating efficiently so there is minimal back and forth in a nice, friendly manner.
2. Able to work independently - must be able to think & problem solve
3. Work Ethos - must be responsible, be punctual, meet deadlines, high attention to detail, double + triple check work
4. Fast learner

Work involved:
1. Email responding - brands will reach out to ask for quotes, my schedule etc. You will be in charge of communicating, negotiating deals, reviewing contracts (no experience needed but high attention to detail needed) & making sure the process is moving to completion without too much back and forth.

2. Research - researching AI tools, brands and AI news to make sure the brands we work with are high quality

3. Other Admin - we use slack, click up, zapier, google drive, convertkit/beehiiv, thinkific for course creation, chatgpt (not essential to know but bonus)
