Position: Virtual Assistant - Social Media Management

About Us:
We are a high growth SaaS company that specializes in remote training college and pro baseball pitchers.

Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for Social Media Management, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and audience engagement across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-traffic reels for Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. You will also generate funnels, email campaigns, and other tasks in GoHighLevel. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical proficiency to deliver content that captivates and grows our audience. You are a self starter and don't mind communicating a few hours 9-5 EST

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to create engaging, high-traffic reels on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them for brand growth.


2. Copywriting:
- Craft compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

3. Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

4. E-book Design:
- Conceptualize and design e-books as part of our digital marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with content teams to ensure high-quality and relevant material.

5. Podcast editing
-Cut and edit podcast for YouTube using TimeBolt

6. Proficiency in Tools:
-GoHighLevel familiarity
-video creation
-Adobe tools

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role focused on social media management.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Experience in email marketing and e-book design.
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
-Data Entry is a plus
