Customer Service Representative - Phone & Chat Customer Support Agent

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Work schedule available: 8AM to 4PM US Eastern Time (8 PM to 4 AM Philippine time) or 4PM to 12AM US Eastern Time (4AM-12 PM Philippine time). 5 days per week. 6th day is optional (counts as paid overtime).

Note: Day off would be Wednesday and Thursday only

This role starts ASAP.

As a Customer Service Representative at Five Star Retail Brands a typical day will include the following:
- Provide excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and text messages
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Cooperate with other tea ---------- mbers and report to the superiors
- Process cancellations, refunds, and returns
- Communicate to the warehouse to ensure we’re delivering all orders on time
- Update customers about the status of their orders
- Archiving emails

What you need:
- At least 2 year of experience in customer service on the phone (voice)
- Experience working in a remote setup
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in speaking on the phone
- Can-do mindset, with a sense of ownership, pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
