3D Designer/ Artist for a "Pokemon + TFT" like game

Hello everyone,

We are a company based in Germany that currently focuses mainly on YouTube affiliate marketing. However, it is a big dream of ours to develop our own game. We are starting this journey now and are in need of a 3D designer to assist us in creating our 3D assets, such as the game world, and more importantly, in designing our own creatures, similar to Pokémon. We will be developing the game in Unity, so familiarity with the process would be greatly appreciated.
