Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, innovative photo editor with a passion for Women’s Apparel to join our team, expand their skill set, and continue their passion for art and design. If you're looking for a fast-paced working environment where you will be tested and exposed to many different types of media projects, this position is for you.

In this position, you will work with our close-knit creative teams who are all passionate about their job. iHeartRaves is pivotal in the music festival industry and helps set the gold standard for artistic excellence.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Photo editing for e-commerce websites
Cropping
Color Correction
Retouching
Photo Manipulation
File size management and asset optimization
Photo library database sorting and organization
Collaboration between creative and e-commerce teams to deliver high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
Powerful PC/Mac (specs will be required to share)
5+ years of professional experience at an in-house studio, brand, or agency focused on the apparel industry
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Primarily Photoshop and Lightroom
Comprehensive knowledge of photography, photo editing, manipulation, composition, color balance, and retouching
Strong production and file management skills
Take direction and work closely with project managers and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Strong time management skills, must be able to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have:
Experience with Adobe Premier and Video Editing

Language Skills:

Excellent written, verbal, and spelling skills in English

Physical Demands:

May be subjected to working extended hours
Must be able to work the graveyard shift (9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time)
Portfolio submission is required for all applicants. Work in women’s fashion is preferred.

Your portfolio must reflect your strong editing skills. Sample work should reflect a clear command of all aspects of photo editing. Before and after examples are required.
