Remote 3D Rendering Designer for a US Construction Company

We are local construction company in Los Angeles CA.
A dynamic and innovative construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with a focus on excellence. We are seeking a motivated and talented Remote Rendering Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

We are looking for someone who can create rendering for Bathroom and Kitchen Designs that our clients can look at/choose from.

Primary Skills Required:
Can create interior design for Bathrooms and Kitchen
Can create rendering for Landscape is a plus

This position Full time
Required hours in Pacific time ( California time as early as 8am PDT)
shift is TBD
**40 - 48 hrs per week**

-with own pc or laptop
-wired internet connection (at least 15mbps)
-can work night shift (pacific time )
-can work 40-48 hrs per week
-With backup in case of power and internet outages
