Hi! I’m looking for a computer wiz that knows how to problem solve.

Below is a real life problem. Whoever responds and has the direct solution will get paid $50.


I have a VPS and it’s not letting me download the Vonage Desktop App for windows. However, the app works everywhere else without a problem. If tried two different VPS companies and both have the same error below:

Troubleshooting Already Done:

Temporarily disable security measures and add an exception for the Vonage Desktop App to allow the download to proceed.

Tried downloading the app from a different source or using FTP.

Made sure the VPS meets the system requirements for the Vonage Desktop App.

Made sure it was fully updated. Reinstalled.

Tried running the Vonage Desktop App installer as an administrator.

Went to Compatibility tab, and tried running the app in compatibility mode for an earlier versions of Windows.

Used different VPS servers.
