Position Overview:
As a Brand Acquisition Specialist at Envision Ecom, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding new brands for our Amazon portfolio. You will be responsible for finding, reaching out, and building relationships with brands

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Research and Outreach:
- Identify potential brands for acquisition through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with target brands and communicate the benefits of partnering with Envision Ecom.

2. Negotiation and Partnership Development:
- Lead negotiations with brand owners to secure favorable terms and conditions for onboarding their products.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with brand partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

3. Opportunity assessment and Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Provide insights on pricing, positioning, and market trends to optimize brand performance on Amazon.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of new brands into our operations.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor the performance of acquired brands.
- Prepare regular reports outlining key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand acquisition, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Amazon platform and its processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
