Virtual Assistant

Our company owns and operates blogs. We are looking for a VA who can help us in the process of publishing content on our blogs. The work will include:

- Generating articles using ChatGPT (using Prompts provided)
- Uploading articles to Wordpress
- Formatting articles
- adding internal links
- Adding images
- Editing simple images in Canva
- Updating a spreadsheet with the status of each article uploaded to Wordpress

Prior knowledge of writing and running prompts in ChatGPT and editing blogs in Wordpress (formatting headings, etc) are a requirement.

Existing access to Canva+ will be a big plus.

You will need:
- a good computer
- a fast internet connection
- a way to communicate with us during agreed hours (eg whatsapp, zoom, etc)

Work hours can be flexible based on prior agreement.

If you think you are the right person for us, please do the following:
1. Make a video introducing yourself, explaining your background, experience, qualifications, why you think you will be good for this job. Keep it under 5 minutes. Send me a link to the video.
2. Use ChatGPT to write a ---------- word article on any topic of your choice. You will d ---------- how to structure the article, what prompts to use to get the output you’d like, etc. Once done, share the ChatGPT link with me.

You can consider the above as the 1st interview. Then if we will be a good fit for each other, we will proceed to a 2nd live online interview.
