Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements:
Minimal 3 years customer service experience is required.
Fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable and able to work independently.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online platforms and systems.
