We are seeking an A+ player Marketing Manager who will help manage our current marketing team. This position will head all of RMOs strategic planning and development of our current marketing initiatives including PPC/paid advertising. This role will also manage the design and implementation of all consumer facing programs including eCommerce, digital marketing, social media, and paid media.

The Role:

In this role, you will need to rely on your strong tactical, strategic, creative, skills. You will report directly to the RMO CEO and will be responsible for strengthening our brand awareness and digital footprint.

As a successful hire, you will help develop, design, and implement effective digital marketing initiatives to achieve an engaged online audience contributing to overall revenue growth. You will help identify key market trends, recognize opportunities for growth, conduct market research, manage digital content and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with other departments including the executives, growth marketing, digital marketing, analytics, customer experience, Amazon account, finance, and production.

*This role is remote but you must be available to work 8am-5pm Eastern time zone.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning
Conceptualize and manage the development of campaigns and promotions across various digital platforms that maximize profits and drive growth and meet targeted KPIs
Develop strategies to drive conversions and increase website traffic
Develop multi-channel content including; email, SMS, social media, digital advertising, landing pages, and print
Build and deploy seasonal promotions and campaigns
Identify target audiences and digital marketing opportunities
Help manage product marketing lifecycle from end to end
Cohesive Branding and Voice
Ensure all marketing assets adhere to the vision, mission, and branding of RMO
This includes; emails, social posts, text messages, ad copy, website and blog content, and more
Regularly audits and update content on website
Ensure all marketing campaigns adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Develop marketing campaigns that create raving fans and create brand loyalty.
Strengthen brand positioning and awareness
Data and Analytics
Analysis of each campaign deployed and report ROI to executive management and utilize data to adjust future approaches
Continuously tests different strategies across channels to ensure highest performance
Analyze and report on social media, email, sms, and advertising metrics
Analyze the market, customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and best practices to build successful branding strategies.
Project Management; report to the executive team on the status of current projects, campaigns, and promotions.
Collaborate with executives, growth marketing, and production teams to support product branding, roadmaps, customer-facing material, and PR
Ability to manage, coach, and motivate marketing tea ---------- mbers
Marketing Manager Must-Haves:

Proven experience as a marketing manager or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
***MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE of increasing revenue in previous positions of 7 figure business or higher.
5+ years of marketing management experience including digital advertising, email, sms, social media, mail, print.
3-5 years of eCommerce marketing experience for at least a 7 figure business
Strong understanding of target marketing based on historical data and trend analysis.
Strong understanding of communicating with different audiences and demographics.
Outstanding time management skills, effective communicator, team player.
Self-motivated with a spectacular attention to detail. Intention and purpose in all things.
Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects and staff in order to meet and exceed goals.
Strong problem solving skills - demonstrates the ability to recognize and solve problems on your own.
Exceptional creative and branding directive. Ability to execute brand adhering design that enhances the customer’s experience.
Experience in content creation is a plus, strong grasp of asset development relating to graphics, photography, video, and written content.
Strong Communication and People Skills.
Expertise with Google Analytics, Excel or Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs, Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
