We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience working with US-based companies is a must.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses.
Track and categorize expenses for budgeting and reporting purposes.
Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with tea
Use QuickBooks to manage expense tracking and reporting (minimum 1-year experience).
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices is a plus.
QuickBooks experience is required.
