JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic individual fluent in Chinese languages (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) to join our team as a Multilingual Community Engagement mod. This role is pivotal in bridging the communication gap between our English-speaking staff and Chinese-speaking communities across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate and manage existing social engagements and create multiple new profiles across designated forums and online communities.
- Engage actively within these communities, participating in discussions and fostering positive interactions, all in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
- Monitor and gather insights from your interactions and community trends to inform our team's understanding of the audience's needs and preferences.
- Compile and deliver a comprehensive end-of-day report summarizing key conversations, sentiments, and any noteworthy information extracted from these forums.

Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with our team and compile reports.
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms.
- Ability to maintain multiple online personas with credibility and engage constructively in community discussions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to track and report on your activities and findings.

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in understanding and engaging with our target audiences in their native language, thereby enhancing our outreach and impact. If you are passionate about communication, enjoy online community engagement, and have a knack for distilling insights from diverse conversations, we would love to hear from you. To apply, please submit your resume, a brief cover letter outlining your experience with online communities and language proficiency, and any relevant samples of your work or accomplishments in community engagement.

Note: We value privacy and confidentiality in our recruitment process and assure applicants that their profiles and the nature of their assigned tasks will be handled with the utmost discretion.
