YouTube Video Editor and Thumbnail Designer

My agency is growing and I'm looking to add a high-quality Youtube editor and thumbnail designer. The ideal candidate has experience editing Youtube content that includes high-quality graphics, animations and sounds effects.

I'm looking for someone who's creative and willing to learn. Must be able to receive suggestions, research how to implement new techniques and be a self-motivated.
