Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and orders under the direction of an attorney.
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and filed appropriately.
Schedule court appearances, meetings, and depositions, coordinating with all relevant parties.
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys, providing updates and information as needed.
Assist in gathering and organizing evidence, documentation, and other relevant case materials.
Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing attorney calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure confidentiality of all client information by state laws and ethical standards.
