CALI Creatives is looking for an editor with great insights and experience with VFX, Pacing, and can work in a variety of niches. We are specifically needing Editors able to do engaging edits for young age demographics and are seeking editors only from the Philippines. This individual should exhibit a strong commitment to excellence in their work and encourage continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge in Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Has learned foundation in pacing and storytelling especially in YouTube’s content
• Currently resides in the Philippines
• Flexible with workload
• Able to understand YouTube's climate and overall landscape in regards to audience retention
