Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team at a European women's e-commerce store. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing online stores, particularly on eBay, and have a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor and optimize sales performance on eBay, analyzing data and implementing strategies to increase revenue
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions that drive traffic and sales
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry best practices to ensure the store remains competitive

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
8AM TO 4PM GMT

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant for an e-commerce store, with a focus on eBay
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and trends, particularly in women's fashion
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
