The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with specific expertise in Webflow, to help us enhance our online presence, optimize our website's performance, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, design sensibility, and strategic thinking to support our marketing and sales objectives.

Responsibilities
- Website Development and Management: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our website using Webflow. Implement responsive designs that are mobile-friendly and comply with web standards.
- UI/UX Design: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create compelling, user-friendly interfaces that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance speed, SEO, and user engagement.
- Content Integration: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that the website is regularly updated with fresh, relevant content that aligns with our marketing strategies.
- Custom Solutions: Utilize Webflow's CMS capabilities to develop custom functionalities and integrations that meet the specific needs of our business.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure the website operates flawlessly.

Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO principles. Familiarity with CMS systems and API integrations is a plus.
