Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our crew on a full-time basis (40 hours a week). This critical role involves sparking interest and setting up appointments for our solar energy client by reaching out to leads over the phone and converting them into potential opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with leads via phone to present our solar solutions and assess interest.
Organizing qualified appointments for the sales team to discuss our solar services in detail.
Keeping the CRM system up to date with lead and customer information.
Collaborating with the marketing department to tweak scripts and strategies based on lead feedback and conversion rates.
Aiming to meet or surpass weekly and monthly targets for setting appointments.
Requirements:

Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to operate independently with little to no supervision.
High organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A positive, persistent, and professional demeanor.
Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
Must be located in or prepared to work according to EST time zone hours.
