Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and expand the customer base in North America and Europe.
Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling,
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our SaaS solution can address their pain points and add value.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our product in the market.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS industry or selling software solutions.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
