JOB OVERVIEW

About Better Way 2 Build, we are an established Australian owned and managed company which provides a packaged service for a client that is looking to build. We sought out the finance, the land, the residential design and the builder. We have a position on offer for an Architectural 3d artist/Drafstperson to produce photorealistic images for our marketing content to be released in various social media platforms.

The CEO/Design Director will provide you with a 3d model file, which you will enhance and create high quality front elevations of single/ two storey homes, group developments and interiors. Furthermore you will be proficient in producing animated walkthroughs.

Ideally you would have the following qualities, however we encourage those who have similar experience and attributes to apply:

-Possess good communication & writing skills
-Can work unsupervised
-Degree qualified or related in the field
-Portfolio focused on Residential Building
-Highly motivated, enthusiastic & hardworking
-Archicad software experience is highly regarded


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture, drafting, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Archicad or 3DModeller
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
5. Knowledge of Australian building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Given that this role is home-based, a reliable internet connection is essential.
Salary is open to negotiation.
