Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST
Salary:
$6 per hour
13th-month pay
10 paid Holiday per year

Responsibilities:
Tenant Support:
Respond to tenant inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist with leasing inquiries, renewal processes, and general concerns.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized records of tenant interactions.
Assist in preparing lease agreements and other relevant documents.
Communication:
Facilitate communication between tenants and property management.
Relay important information to tenants regarding property updates and policies.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve tenant concerns and issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
Payment Processing:
Assist tenants with payment-related inquiries.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of rental payments.
Scheduling and Reminders:
Manage and schedule property-related appointments and reminders.
Ensure timely communication of important dates to tenants.
Requirements:
- Strong tenant-facing and property management experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- 1 - 3 experience in customer service
- Familiarity with real estate terms and processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Curiosity, interest & passion in operations & building systems
- High-energy & enthusiastic
