Job Description:
Atlas Manpower is seeking an experienced Sales Marketer for our staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and developing targeted outreach and communication strategies. Additionally, candidates must have experience in follow-up calls or emails and must be familiar with utilizing CRM and ATS software.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels including online research, networking events, and industry associations.
Conduct cold calls and emails to prospects to introduce our staffing services and establish initial contact.
Develop and implement targeted outreach and communication strategies to engage potential clients and candidates.
Create and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client contacts.
Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong proficiency in lead generation, cold calling, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute targeted outreach and communication strategies.
Experience in follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and prospects.
Previous experience working for a US staffing company is a plus.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
