Onboarding and Phone Support Specialist

I am looking to add a client onboarding and phone support specialist to my team.

My company, Growyo ( ---------- ), does website creation and SEO for local, small businesses. We already have 13 Filipinos on the team and we are looking to add more.

I am looking for someone who speaks English perfectly and is also very good at speaking with Americans over the phone. This role consists of:
-explaining onboarding steps to new clients
-troubleshooting clients' questions and issues
-taking notes on website design updates that need to be made
-explaining SEO and website details to clients
-following up with clients to get needed information from them

This person will work closely with me and our customers, so an 8am - 5pm Mountain time working schedule (Monday - Friday) will be used.

I am looking for someone who speaks English like an American with no accent, is confident speaking on the phone, and who is very organized and diligent.

This is a full-time position and I am looking for someone who wants to be a part of my company for a long time.
