Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for juggling multiple tasks? We're seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our dynamic team. This unique role will offer a blend of bookkeeping, executive assistance, property management, and Airbnb communication, providing you with diverse and engaging work.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Categorize expenses using our PM accounting software
Reconcile bank statements
Generate financial reports
Executive Assistance:
Manage
Prepare presentations and documents
Coordinate travel arrangements
Handle confidential correspondence
Assistant Property Manager:
Assist with tenant relations and inquiries
Manage maintenance requests and coordination
Co-ordinate property inspections (occasional)
Airbnb Communication:
Provide exceptional guest service through timely and friendly communication on the Airbnb platform as well as through our Short Term Rental management software Hospitable which connects to Airbnb and VRBO
Respond to inquiries, manage reservations, and address guest concerns
Maintain accurate calendars and listings
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Experience with bookkeeping software preferred
Familiarity with property management software and Airbnb platform a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
