Customer service representative for e-commerce company

We are a sustainable school uniform company that is primarily ecommerce based. We currently facilitate schools in the UAE and Bahrain.

We are looking for someone special to join the customer service team in May of 2024.

We are looking for someone who speaks fluent english that has a friendly, outgoing demeanour to operates the phone and live chat lines but also be able to problem solve using our different platforms to find the answer.

Someone who is able to multitask and work efficiently especially during peak busy periods.

We currently use Shopify and Gorgias so someone who has previous experience is a bonus however not mandatory.
