Your role will be to help me with a variety of personal research tasks. Cryptocurrency will be a big theme. Real estate eventually will also be a theme. Also cars and a whole variety of topics.

In the subject line of your application, write the name of your favorite crypto so I know that you read the posting carefully (will only read applications with this).

EXAMPLES OF TASKS:
- Research cryptocurrencies to purchase
- Research real estate investments to purchase
- Research vehicle items to purchase
- Call local businesses and to find the best provider of a service (phone number provided)
- Other miscellaneous tasks as they come up

OPPORTUNITY:
• Long-term relationship desired! I've worked with overseas help for many years. If we are a great team, we can work together for a very long time.

SCHEDULE:
• Part-time
• Time of day is usually flexible, but must be available during business hours Los Angeles time Sunday through Friday when necessary to reach out to local businesses via phone (not often - just occasionally). Usually you'll have a day's notice when this is needed.
• Must be flexible and available last minute for urgent matters, including on Saturdays. (Very rare - but sometimes it happens)

• Loves cryptocurrency and has purchased/played with it at some point (even if small amounts)
• Excellent written English (show this in your application!)
• Comfortable and happy to talk on the phone (not often needed - just sometimes)

HOW TO APPLY:
