Position Summary:
We are adding to our team and looking for a fun-spirited, female creative graphic designer that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic. This position requires you to be a highly driven, self-motivated individual who is passionate about graphic design, who has a good design eye, who can execute, and who is results-driven. The ideal candidate will have a flair for seasonal trends and be able to conceptualize and design a range of products including pillows, signs, tote bags, kitchen towels, and more. This role requires a balance of artistic ability, technical knowledge, and market understanding to create products that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and map out comprehensive collections for various seasonal events (Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.).
• Design a wide range of home decor products such as pillows, signs, tote bags, and kitchen towels.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and incorporate them into seasonal collections.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align product designs with brand strategy.
• Provide detailed product specifications for production.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and emerging trends.
• Participate in regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss design concepts and progress.

Qualification:
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop
• Have background education in design-related courses
• Skills and knowledge in computer graphic designing and layouts for production
• Must be a creative person who enjoys designing
• Modern Clean Aesthetic sense and ability to translate our brand vision in all media
• Adobe Illustrator skills
• Good written English & grammar skills
• Organized and ability to execute
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs and requirements
• Must be able to work unsupervised and provide updates throughout the day.

Preferred:
Experience in Fashion, Beauty or Home Decor industries.

Job Type:
PartUpgrade to see actual info-time (40 hours a week) Tuesday-Saturday 4am-1pm PHT preferred.

Pay Scale & Benefits:
Based on work experience. Healthcare and internet benefits after probationary period.
