Description:
Receive project details and schedule in advance to prevent conflicts and maintain smooth operations.
Ensure that clear notes are encoded for each project in the CRM by the Sales Team, including parking area, location, time, and phone numbers.
Coordinate with Account Managers and Technicians, acting as a liaison between clients and the technical team.
Manage the dispatch line from clients and provide updates on schedules or project statuses.
Coordinate with technicians regarding schedules or project statuses.
Monitor technicians' GPS and assist in navigating event locations.
Monitor security cameras at night, if necessary.
During events, handle calls from clients requiring technical support and conduct basic troubleshooting.
Follow up with clients for reviews and feedback after events.
Be flexible with a shifting schedule and be prepared to handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching roles in the US is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Can work on shifting schedules.
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
