Ecommerce VA - Creative Designer & Market Researcher

We are seeking a full-time VA for our e-commerce business who would specialize in research and creative design. This role requires a unique blend of skills in creative design and market research to create compelling design concepts that resonate with our customers and reflect the latest industry trends.
We are constantly adding new print-on-demand products (e.g., mugs, blankets, shirts, wall art) to our online store which requires constantly producing new designs.

We give time off for major holidays, 5 paid days off after 6 months, and performance bonuses. We provide training and are open to people with varying experience levels but having research and/or design experience is a plus. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and a good fit for our team.

We have worked with Filipinos for several years now and they are happy to work with us. As our online business expands, you will have the chance to grow along with a team, and a caring employer with bigger responsibilities and performance incentives.

The ideal candidate will
• Conduct comprehensive product research to identify current market trends and potential product ideas.
• Work closely with our product designer to create and optimize product designs based on research findings and help develop appealing aesthetics that would attract our ideal customers.
• Create simple product designs based on market research using basic design tools like Canva or Kittl.
• Create, manage, and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Etsy, Shopify), ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.
• Assist in processing orders

• Team-oriented and can give constructive feedback to another tea ---------- mber as you collaborate to turn ideas into top-selling designs.

You would work full-time Mon-Fri most of the year but with the flexibility to work partial days on Saturdays during the busy holiday times as needed. The company is based in the USA but the current team works during the day shift PH time.
