JOB OVERVIEW

Status: Independent Contractor
Location: Remote, work 10 AM to 6 PM ET

Responsibilities:

Software Proficiency: Expertly navigate and leverage tools such as Click Up, Slack, Make, AI, and additional related software.

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines in close collaboration with the CMO and OM, ensuring all pertinent information and expectations are incorporated.

Budget Management: Estimate and track project budgets, managing multiple overlapping timelines while collaborating with virtual teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Communication and Coordination: Maintain clear, concise technical communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and ensure non-technical stakeholders understand project details. Act as a liaison between the Client, CMO, OM, and other internal teams.

Scope Management: Define and manage the project scope, including setting clear objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and managing changes through a structured change control process.

Staying Ahead: Keep current tasks and objectives on track while planning ahead for resources, bandwidth, roadblocks, and budget constraints

Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct thorough testing, quality assurance processes, and pre-launch testing, maintaining adherence to QA procedures.

Documentation and Reporting: Provide detailed notes froUpgrade to see actual infoetings, translate them into actionable tasks with clear expectations and timelines, and maintain comprehensive documentation for team handoffs.

Problem-Solving and Innovation: Present solutions to identified problems, leveraging available resources and championing upgrades and breakthroughs in project plans.

Cross-Functional Department Management: Liaise between teams and departments to ensure details are shared actively, clearly, and documented in a way that is easy to reference for all parties going forward.

Meeting Participation: Actively participate and prepare for all team and company meetings, maintaining consistent and reliable engagement.

Crisis Management: Respond effectively to any unforeseen crises or emergencies that may impact the project.

Compliance and Regulatory Understanding: Ensure that the project complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, assess project success, and provide recommendations for future projects.

Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a direct response marketing industry or relevant.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of conducting detailed project analysis, including risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning.
Extensive experience in Click Up, Slack, Make, AI, and other relevant tools.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience in a variety of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
