Junior Licensed Architect

-Must be a Licensed Architect
-Minimum of 2 years experience specializing in architecture, interior design and construction
-Willing to do site visits anywhere and handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering softwares, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office
-Proficient in doing architectural walkthrough
-Experience in producing working drawings and contract documents
-Keen eye for detail, composition and imagery
-Liase with clients, suppliers, contractors
-Prepare plans, visualization and working drawings subject to client’s approval
-Supervise/ monitor project site operations
-Coordinate necessary document distribution to job site and vendors
-Competence in analytical skills/problem solving and conceptual skills
-Able to work under pressure and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
-Able to develop conceptual and schematic presentations
-Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
-Excellent work ethic and values
-Willing to work in Makati; office type
