Talking Head YouTube Video Editor (with animations)

Hello,

We're a post-production agency in need of 1 or 2 editors to create videos like the below (especially the first 30 seconds):

We need custom animations and creativity. All we give you is the raw footage (usually no script), and you should come up with creative ideas on what's been said through the video.

We need someone who can be creative and think outside the box and doesn't need much direction.
Each video should be done in less than 4 days, and we would most likely have at least 4 videos every month.

Please ONLY apply with 3 similar videos you've created before.
