URGENT HIRING: ROCKSTAR TECHNICAL VA /. CLICKFUNNELS / GHL

I am looking to hire Rockstar virtual assistant(s) who can be THE GO-TO PERSON/ PEOPLE for help with various tasks in our client's CRM (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp..etc) as well as the funnels. We mainly use ClickFunnels. We work with coaches, authors and speakers to help them with their marketing campaign.

Below are the following areas you should be comfortable working with/in:

1. CRM: Have great experiences working with CRM software such as ActiveCampaign. Scheduling campaign and email, managing automation, tags, and contacts. These are all technical tasks, you are not required to write the actual email.

2. CLICKFUNNELS: Managing funnels and updating the workshop details on landing page. Bonus if you can design beautiful funnels.

3. Pabbly/Zapier: Create, update and edit workflow automation. As well as troubleshooting, testing making sure everything is working smoothly.

4. DAY-TO-DAY: Assist in creating report for clients, updating daily report, managing documents and etc.

Ideally I am looking to get you started with 5 hours per day with these tasks & projects but I'm open to convert this to full-time if works went well.

Working Hours: 10AM - 3PM (Philippines time)
Wage: 270 USD per month
