Position: Recruitment Consultant (Domestic Assistance – Aged Care)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Reports to: Team Lead
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (AEST)

Maid My Day is a trusted provider of Domestic Assistance services within the Australian Aged Care sector, operating across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, and South Australia.
With over 20 years of experience and a growing workforce of 200+ Home Support Workers, our mission is simple:

We currently have 24 full-time Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines, working remotely in a collaborative and accountable environment.
- About the Role -
As the Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for what happens before onboarding.
Your focus is to:
Attract the right candidates -- not just available candidates
Screen thoroughly and assess for long-term fit
Ensure every successful hire is prepared, compliant, and aligned before they start
Maintain structure, reporting, and recruitment timelines through HubSpot
Build partnerships that strengthen our recruitment pipeline
You will utilise HubSpot as your primary recruitment tracking and pipeline management system -- ensuring every candidate is properly logged, progressed, followed up, and reported on accurately.
You’ll work closely with:
The Scheduling Team and internal Team
Home Support Worker Managers
External employment agencies and partners
This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the confidence to say “no” when standards aren’t met.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Coordinating with Scheduling and Home Support Worker Managers to understand workforce needs
Screening applicants and conducting structured interviews
Managing the recruitment pipeline within HubSpot (status updates, follow-ups, reporting)
Maintaining accurate recruitment calendars and performance reports
Conducting reference checks and verifying documentation
Inducting successful candidates and preparing them for onboarding
Administering and coordinating Licence to Clean training requirements
Providing consistent follow-up and communication throughout the recruitment process
Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment systems and workflows within HubSpot
- What We’re Looking For -
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have at least 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
Have experience using CRM (HubSpot experience highly preferred)
Understand structured recruitment processes and screening techniques
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple vacancies at once
Are proactive and able to work independently in a remote setup
Take accountability for KPIs and recruitment outcomes
Have a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Highly regarded experience:
Service-based or field workforce recruitment
Familiarity with Australian employment standards (preferred but not required)
Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and other cloud-based systems
