Digital Marketing Expert

We are a real estate investment education company with the US based TV show which is on the A&E channel called "Flipping San Diego". We are looking to hire a full-time digital marketing expert to assist our growing company. We are running a lot of different marketing funnels to generate leads from cold traffic, primarily facebook and google. We want someone who is very well-versed to an expert in the following skills:

- Lead Generation from cold traffic
-Marketing Funnel design and deployment
-Campaign management - conceptualization, execution, and optimization
- Copywriting and content management
- Search engine optimization
- Paid advertising (Google, Facebook)
- Landing page optimization
- Email marketing Campaigns
- Analytics and reporting

Knowledge/experience in the following online tools is REQUIRED. Please DO NOT apply if you don't have experience with these tools.
- ClickFunnels
- Infusionsoft
- Facebook Ad Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Webmasters Tool

Requirements:
- Position is home-based. Candidate must have high-speed, stable internet connection
- Must have successful past experience and a good portfolio in digital marketing
- Must have excellent English communication and writting skills

- Knowledge in copywriting, SEO, SEM, and social media required

- Must be willing to work full-time (40 hours a week)

- Must be willing to work US time (9PM to 5AM PH time)

-Must have management experience as you will be managing a team which consists of a designer and a writer. Projects will be assigned to you with deadlines and you will then work with the team to delegate the appropriate tasks.
